We ship within the US and international via USPS. Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and delivered without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Priority with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. All USPS Priority packages come with tracking numbers that you will be provided with and a link to track your package.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. First Class and Priority Mail options are available to locations in the US and Canada. All other International orders will be shipped Priorty Mail International. Orders over $50 qualify for FREE First Class Mail on domestic shipments.
We use tough corrugated cardboard sleeves and mailing tubes to ship all of our vinyl wall products. The USPS does a great job at handling and delivering our products nicely intact. If by some chance your package is damaged during shipment, please contact us.
Because all orders are custom made especially for you with your desired choice of color, size and personalization, we do not accept returns. Please consider size and color choices carefully prior to submitting your order. If you are unsure of a color or the compatibility of our vinyl products for your intended surface, you may purchase a sample pack from us that will include a sample decal and color samples of your choice.
